Professional kickboxing tuition for men, women and children. We currently have classes located in Bridgend, Porthcawl, Coedely and Ystrad Rhondda where everyone is welcome to participate.
The club is affiliated to the ICO (international combat organization) the KKAW (Korean kickboxing association of Wales) and the WKU (Welsh kickboxing union).
Our training sessions offer realistic padwork drills, cardio and body conditioning, bag work, sparring (some ground work) and weapons training and above all lots of fun.
